Do you want to teach about Climate Change? But want to learn more about the local science and education resources? This workshop will be grounded in local climate science using projections and historical information for our region. It will feature activities, resources, discussion groups and examples of effective climate change education across the region, province and country. Workshop participants will also consider barriers to teaching about climate change and develop solutions to overcome these barriers. You will learn strategies to support students in using critical thinking skills to approach climate change through a solutions based approach.
