Program Assistant (deadline extended)
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills who is looking for meaningful work with an established non-profit organization.
Employment Terms
- Start Date: July 10 or earlier
- Hours: 0.8 FTE
- Compensation: Annual salary $38,250 plus benefits package, with annual cost of living and experience raises.
- Location: Based in Nelson, with some flexibility to work from home.

Invasive Species Technician (filled)
The Invasive Species Technician works as part of a small crew to assist the Field Operations Program with a variety of invasive species fieldwork activities.
Employment Terms
- Term: 8 weeks, July – Aug 2023 with possibility of extension.
- Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week. Typically 9 hours/day, 4 days/wk with some extended & variable hours.
- Compensation: $22.50 /hour
- Location: Based in Nelson B.C.; work sites throughout the Central Kootenay region.
