From fen-ominal fens, carnivorous plants and tiny toadlets, our backyard is a wondrous place. Come find out about rare and new species found right in our watershed. Local scientists will share cool facts about the flora and fauna found in the Slocan Valley watershed! CKISS will have an information booth there filled with valuable FREE resources on a variety of invasive species including zebra mussels and American bullfrogs.
